Client Account Apprentice – London
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Account Management (CAM) team with administrative, client relationship, and operational tasks across Theatre & Arts, Music, and Sports & Special Events genres.
- Monitor and control available ticket inventory.
- Communicate event-related information accurately and efficiently to all relevant parties.
- Develop a strong understanding of the ticketing industry, focusing on reporting figures to clients, printing and processing tickets, and generating final markbacks.
- Report client service issues to the CAM team while maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Respond to client requests efficiently and courteously, adhering to service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain effective teamwork within the department, across genres, and with other departments.
- Ensure all event information pages are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible across all sales channels (e.g., Contact Centre, Internet).
- Attend event day box offices (venue-based and ‘green field’ sites).
- Develop a working knowledge of ticketing system software.
- Assist with and contribute to the day-to-day administration of the Client Account Management team.
- Comply with all company policies, including Health and Safety.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, safe, and secure working environment.
- Effectively utilize materials and resources to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Undertake other relevant duties as directed by immediate Line Manager or a Director, focusing on learning and developing ticketing skills.
