Assistant Store Manager Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and excel in creating amazing value daily.
- Act as a vital link between the Store Manager and the store team.
- Shape the experiences of the store team and customers.
- Drive sales and use creative merchandising skills.
- Showcase value on GM and FMCG products.
- Maintain a store environment aligned with core values (love customers, care for colleagues, protect profits).
- Lead daily huddles to achieve sales, service, and shrink objectives.
- Ensure proper pricing, merchandising, and maintenance of products.
- Manage new colleagues’ inductions and supervise ongoing training.
