Customer Service Assistant (Duty Supervisor)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring a positive customer experience through friendly service, product availability, and hygiene standards.
- Preparing and serving a variety of products, including raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and potentially allergens.
- Working on your feet for extended periods, involving lifting, carrying, stock merchandising, and cleaning.
- Opening and closing the store, ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal requirements as Duty Supervisor.
