Sales Negotiator – Stoke-on-Trent

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers
  • Generating and nurturing new business leads
  • Arranging property viewings for sales and lettings
  • Managing property listings, ensuring accuracy
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Conducting viewings for sales and lettings properties
  • Supporting buyers with mortgage and conveyancing requirements
  • Handling administrative tasks relating to property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Maintaining knowledge of the local property market and trends

Skills and Expertise

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a sales team (real estate preferred)
  • Organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Pride in work, appearance, and exceptional customer service
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport

Job Facilities/Benefits

Full-time position in the office in Stoke-on-Trent and various locations within the ST1-ST7 postcode area. Monday to Friday. Appointment subject to right to work checks, satisfactory references, and online personality test.
