Key Responsibilities

• Looking after the different needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support.
• Carrying out clinical tasks, including taking blood pressure.
• Leading and inspiring colleagues and introducing ideas and changes.
• Working across three different care homes in the region (travel paid per mile).
• Being flexible with working days, nights, bank holidays, and weekends.

Skills and Expertise

• Level 2 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Experience providing care and support, ideally for older people.
• Monitoring and helping plan resident care, including reviews and risk assessments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident team player with leadership skills.
• Seeking opportunities for clinical or personal development.
• Compliance with regulatory and statutory training, clinical policies, and strategies.
• Comfort with working long shifts, including extended periods of standing.
