• Supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants.
• Supporting the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
• Respecting residents’ dignity and preferences, and creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

Skills and Expertise

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
• Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support
