Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Cancer Pathway Coordinator to ensure high level MDT provision.
  • Collate relevant clinical information for meetings.
  • Input data direct from MDT meetings.
  • Distribute MDT documentation to primary and secondary care.
  • Record summaries of discussions at MDT meetings.
  • Ensure effective co-ordination of pathways for patients with suspected or diagnosed cancer.
  • Ensure accurate recording of information for Cancer Waiting Time targets.
  • Work closely with appropriate teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
