Customer Service Advisor – Chippenham

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly voice and problem-solver for customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across various channels.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Keep electronic databases up-to-date with details of interactions and resolutions.
  • Ensure secure and confidential handling of customer information.
  • Assist with payments, basic account advice, invoice processing, and repair arrangements.
  • Use excellent communication and organizational skills to satisfy customers.

Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Data entry proficiency
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus

Job Facilities/Benefits

  • 11.89 per hour (Monday – Friday)
  • Various shift patterns (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm)
  • 150 Bonus after 8 weeks (T&C apply)
