The purpose of this role is to sell Stairsafe upgrades and Stairsafe Subscriptions.

Salary: £12 P/H Basic (£40,000 – £43,000 realistic OTE)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, 1 in 6 Saturdays on a rota.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Outbound calling customers who haven’t got StairSafe installed with their lift, with the aim to sell an upgrade.
Outbound calling customers who have StairSafe installed, with the aim of selling StairSafe Subscriptions.
Actively promote the advantages of having StairSafe to customers. Highlight the features and benefits of StairSafe and handle objections.
To deal with inbound calls from customers, assist them with their queries and sell StairSafe where applicable.
To record customer contact on the system to ensure customer records are maintained and correct.
Take payments securely from customers and record sales on the system.
To liaise with the customer service team when necessary and ensure that customers are dealt with efficiently.
Work with other members of the team in a positive and supportive manner.
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPI’s.
Use organisational skills to keep on top of data and prioritise workload.
