Care Assistant for a young man F/T@ £13.00/hr in Middlesbrough

My client is a 32 year old male looking for somebody to support him with all aspects of daily living. He requires support around the home with personal care, meal preparation and day-to-day tasks. He also needs assistance with accessing the community, shopping, attending hospital/physio appointments and generally getting out and about.He is a wheelchair user and requires a driver who is able to drive his manual wheelchair accessible vehicle.He has a suprapubic catheter in place so previous experience of managing this would be advantageous however full training will be given if not.
The hours of work are between 34 – 41 hours per week over 5 days (Sunday-Thursday) and the times of the calls would vary between 8:30am – 6:00pm, however this is flexible and will be discussed at interview.Successful candidates would be subject to an enhanced DBS check, cost to be met by the employer.
