Join us as a Jira Administrative Support Analyst
- As a Jira Administrative Support Analyst, you’ll be supporting the entire delivery lifecycle to develop the design and delivery of the Jira Administration project scope
- You’ll be leading small projects or components of larger projects, with a focus on improving the test tools Jira, Confluence and any add ons that may come into scope
- Enhance your skillset and experience in key change management tools with a view to future proofing delivery
What you’ll do
You’ll be resolving and developing aspects of project plans related to test tool initiatives, enhancing progress reporting and supporting multiple areas in delivering key changes into production. Additionally you will be responsible for planning and delivering a migration of Jira to the NatWest Group central instance on tight milestones for 2025.
You’ll also be:
- Managing or ensuring any project risks relating to the delivery of test tool changes, including assumptions, issues and dependencies that could affect the delivery of change in future releases
- Managing key progress check points for the Jira migration and ensuring this does not impact change delivery
- Tracking, reporting on and realising test tool benefits and supporting the creation of a financial business case for any future enhancements
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions
- Making sure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable all test tool change to be implemented smoothly
The skills you’ll need
We’re looking for a capable communicator, who has the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to peers and management level colleagues.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong commercial Jira and Confluence experience, including administration functions
- In-depth knowledge of key testing methodologies, from the testing models to defect management principles,
- Detailed knowledge and experience in the project lifecycle
- Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proven change management experience
