HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in delivering seamless operational service for the employee lifecycle.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries.
- Support the maintenance and use of the HRIS.
- Run data reports and analytics.
- Support reward and pay reviews/cycles.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in an HR or People Administrator role.
- Knowledge of data management.
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
- (Preferred) CIPD qualification.
- (Preferred) HRIS experience.
Job Facilities/Benefits
- Salary: 26,000-28,000 (DOE)
- Bi-annual bonus (based on individual and company performance)
