Key Responsibilities

• Managing and executing projects within the social housing sector.
• Overseeing and coordinating internal and external refurbishment projects.
• Conducting Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) and implementing safety measures.
• Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely project delivery.
• Monitoring project progress, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Maintaining strong communication with clients, residents, and team members.

Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience as a contractor in the social housing sector.
• Knowledge of FRA requirements and safety protocols.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and contractor/resident management skills.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• Working at heights (beneficial)
