Key Responsibilities

• Management of the delivery of improvement projects (including capital)
• Using methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), and ensuring they are standardised
• Identify and plan improvement projects
• Involved in the production of CAPEX approval requests where required
• Review maintenance processes

Skills and Expertise

• Electrically biased engineer
• HNC (or equivalent)
• Experience in a process environment manufacturing or similar
• Understanding of lean methodology
• Analytical experience to drive engineering solutions
