School Cleaning Area Manager – Bolton
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the Building Cleaning Team.
- Support the Area Co-ordinator in ensuring cleaning services comply with standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage Area Supervisors and staff allocation.
- Support recruitment and deliver on-the-job training for cleaners.
Skills and Expertise
- Experienced Area Manager with proven team management experience.
- Focus on improving cleaning standards and providing excellent customer service.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Cleaning background with understanding of school cleaning standards and cost control.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
