Key Responsibilities
- Helping people gain independence in daily lives
- Assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
- Allocating shifts
- Booking training
- Inducting new colleagues
- Supporting supervisions
- Ordering medication
- Ensuring people supported manage their finances
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injury
- Experience working with complex individuals with mental health needs and traumatic backgrounds
- Experience working with challenging behaviours
