Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and head chef standards, ensuring food safety.
  • Oversee dish production for assigned station, managing supplies and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Maintain high-quality dish standards for presentation and taste.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, assisting colleagues and coaching junior chefs.
  • Collaborate with head chef on menu development and recipe improvement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring equipment functionality.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven experience as Sous Chef (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
