Key Responsibilities
- Serving food and beverages to customers
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas (front and back of house)
- Till operation and processing payments
- Stocking, rotating, and facing up food and beverage products
- Supporting front and back-of-house operations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Reporting to the General Manager
Skills and Expertise
- Previous customer-facing experience (desirable, but not essential)
- Food service experience (desirable, but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols
