Children’s Residential Support Worker – Clayton
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality support and care to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Creating a comfortable and safe environment for children to flourish.
- Making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
Skills and Expertise
- At least 6 months full-time experience working with children and young people in the last 3 years.
- Level 3 qualification in children’s services (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK and be able to work full-time hours (part-time available in some areas).
