- Administering and recording medication
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Supporting residents with daily needs, maintaining independence
- Collaborating with the leadership team to develop services
- Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach
Skills and Expertise
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
- Well-organized and IT literate
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others
- Understanding of care planning processes
- Experience with or willingness to train in medication administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
