Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of schools experiencing financial difficulties.
Collaborate with school finance teams to analyze budgets, spending patterns, and funding sources.
Develop tailored financial recovery plans that include strategies for budget optimization and revenue enhancement.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for school staff on best practices in financial management.
Provide ongoing support and consultation to school administrators in implementing financial strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the financial progress of schools and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting findings and suggested actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, education administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in financial consulting, auditing, or financial management within educational settings.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software, budget tools, and data analysis applications.
In-depth understanding of educational finance structures, regulations, and funding mechanisms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
