Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and head chef standards, adhering to food safety.
  • Manage station production, ensuring supplies and cleanliness.
  • Maintain high quality standards for dishes, considering presentation and taste.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, assisting and supporting colleagues, and coaching junior chefs.
  • Collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring equipment functionality.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie (minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen).
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
