Cleaning Supervisor Luton

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service standards for routine, planned, and periodic cleaning.
• Ensure contract service delivery meets SLA agreements and cleaning schedules.
• Undertake all required training for the cleaning role.
• Work effectively within a team and independently.
• Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain designated areas to agreed cleanliness standards, completing daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as directed.
• Ensure efficient and high-standard service delivery.
• Maintain and keep cleaning equipment clean, well-maintained, and safe.
• Report any maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.
• Maintain security measures (e.g., locking doors, lost property procedures).
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including work specifications and time allocations.
• Have a full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals.
• Present a professional image with respect to dress, behavior, punctuality, and attendance.
• Ensure adherence to all safeguarding policies and report any concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure contractors and external visitors comply with security and health & safety.
• Build positive relationships with customers, providing excellent service and seeking improvements.
• Undertake any other related duties within capability as needed.
