Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising shift
• Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure best care plans
• Administering and recording medication
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Supporting residents with daily needs, ensuring independence
• Developing services with leadership team
• Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach

Skills and Expertise

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
• Well-organized, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others
• Understanding of care planning processes
• Experience in or willingness to train in administering medication
• Ability to help make lives of others more fulfilling
