Home Care Team Leader – Moreton Court, Bideford
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting supervisions, meetings, and providing support to Care Workers.
- Scheduling and allocating work to ensure personalized care for each client.
- Assisting with medication and personal care tasks.
- Offering support within the community.
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, with a desire to work towards Level 3.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to meet clients’ needs and expectations.
