Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible levels of care in supporting and assisting residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and support with daily activities like washing, dressing, and eating.
• Promote resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect, and promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Complete Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring 90% or higher achievement during Monthly Audits.
• Maintain current mandatory training throughout the year.
