Deputy Care Manager – Nottinghamshire
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Home Manager to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care and to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of the care team.
- Completing care plans for residents within company policy deadlines, and evaluating care plans monthly.
- Ensuring all team members are competent with medication, completing weekly audits, and requesting medication in a timely manner.
- Correctly handling medication and returning old medication to the pharmacy each month.
