Front of House Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting management team in maintaining high standards.
- Delivering excellent customer service on 14 shifts.
- Leading from the front, setting a high pace for the team.
- Ensuring timely delivery of service.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Working to exceed local community expectations.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House team member.
- Background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
- Experience in a bar environment, including food and drink preparation.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges.
- Strong literacy and attention to detail for KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and rapport building.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of best practices in sales building, forecasting, paperwork, recruitment, and HR.
