Front of House Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting management in maintaining high standards within the lounge.
- Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service on 14 shifts.
- Setting a high pace for the team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Focusing on detail to provide the best experience for the local community.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House Team Member in restaurants, bars, cafs, or coffee shops.
- Experience in bar environments, including food and drink preparation.
- Strong hospitality skills and passion.
- Strong drive and resilience in overcoming challenges.
- Excellent literacy skills and attention to detail for KPI reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with limited supervision under pressure.
- Knowledge of best practices in sales building, forecasting, paperwork, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS.
