Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Delivering 14 great shifts.
  • Ensuring daily prep is completed.
  • Preparing dishes to spec.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience working with fresh ingredients.
  • Strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice for allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
