Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Ensuring daily prep is complete.
- Preparing dishes to specification.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with fresh ingredients.
- Strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
