Front of House Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team to maintain high standards.
- Delivering excellent customer service across 14 shifts.
- Leading from the front, setting the pace for the team.
- Ensuring timely delivery of service.
- Maintaining high standards and ensuring the Lounge is a community hub.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Front of House Team Member.
- Experience in bar environments, serving food and drinks preparation.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Strong drive and ability to overcome challenges.
- Excellent literacy and attention to detail for reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of sales building, forecasting, paperwork, reporting, recruitment, HR and NPS.
