Junior Sous Chef Position
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Ensuring daily prep is completed.
- Preparing dishes to specification.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience with fresh ingredients.
- Strong chef/kitchen skills (hot and cold food prep, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and allergens.
