Customer Success Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international and independent school clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Providing training and support to clients on platform/services.
- Preparing and delivering regular sales reports, offering insights into market trends, customer feedback, and business opportunities; using data analysis for improvement and growth.
Skills and Expertise
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer success or account management.
- Experience working with international and independent schools.
- Strong understanding of the education industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel internationally (as required).
