Key Responsibilities
- Managing calls on the system
- Managing operative diaries
- General administration tasks
- Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
- Ensuring trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
- Liaising with operatives, tenants, and the Client
- Document Control – Ensuring worksheets are received and checked
- Working towards individual and client KPIs
- Handling council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential, and emergency property maintenance works
- Tracking and monitoring tasks to completion
- Liaising with in-house and 3rd party engineers, tradesmen, and council operatives to plan appointments, materials, logistics, and reorganise schedules
- Organising external supply companies
- Ensuring all trades are prepared and present on-site and works are completed according to committed client completion dates
- Working in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
