Retail Stocktaking Team Leader – Plymouth
Key Responsibilities
- Managing teams of up to 60 stock counters.
- Delivering end-to-end stock taking service on client sites.
- Adhering to correct procedures and processes.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
- Completing stock counts accurately and within deadlines.
- Monitoring and improving team productivity.
Skills and Expertise
- Full Driving License
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure
- Effective time management and independent work
- Willingness and ability to travel
