Delivery Driver – Inverness
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and delivering prescriptions to customers efficiently and on time.
- Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships, providing courteous and effective customer service.
- Handling important medication with a focus on high-quality service and professionalism.
- Interacting with vulnerable individuals, building rapport and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative records, including delivery logs, inventory tracking, and proper documentation.
Skills and Expertise
- Full UK driving license
- Own vehicle
- Business insurance
- Prior experience in customer service and delivery driving (preferred, not required)
- Compliance with company policies regarding safe transport of goods and security of the van
