- Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Skills and Expertise
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
- Customer-focused environment experience
- Strong understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to handle medications accurately
- Self-motivated
- Proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
